CINCIN PISANG

CINCIN PISANG

Bahan – Bahan :

  1. Pisang tanduk                         250 gr (rebus , haluskan)
  2. Susu Formula                          100 ml
  3. Gula pasir                                1 sdm
  4. Tepung terigu                          3 sdm
  5. Minyak goreng                        400 ml
  6. Garam                                     ½ sdt
  7. Coklat putih                            100 gr (tim hingga meleleh)
  8. Sprinkle warna warni              secukupnya

Cara Membuat :

  1. Adoni pisang, susu, gula, tepung terigu dan garam
  2. Bentuk bulat pipih, lalu lubangi bagian tengah hingga berbentuk cincin
  3. Panaskan minyak dan goreng hingga berwarna coklat keemasan, tiriskan
  4. Celup kedalam cokelat putih cair ½ bagian , taburi dengan sprinkle
  5. sajikan
