KUE CARANG GESING

Bahan – bahan :

  1. pisang kepeng                         8 buah (kupas, potong kecil)
  2. santan                                      250 ml
  3. telur                                         2 butir
  4. gula pasir                                 100 gr
  5. daun pandan                           2 lmbr (potong kecil)
  6. garam                                      ½ sdt
  7. daun pisang                             (untuk membungkus)

Cara Membuat :

  1. kocok telur dan gula hingga gula larut
  2. tambahkan gula dan santan , aduk rata
  3. ambil selembar daun pisang, beri sepotong daun pandan, potong pisang, dan adonan santan, bungkus dalam takir
  4. kukus sampai matang sekitar 20 menit
  5. sajikan
